Biological Treatment

MSB designs and builds biological systems to treat high, moderate or low strength water streams. Whether aerobic or anerobic, MSB systems are best suited to remove soluable BOD from process wastewater. The systems become work horses reducing the plant utility expenses.

Since the MSB systems require minimal operator attention and low maintenance, they are a smart investment to improve the plants bottom line.

MSB conducts bilogical treatablity studies to determine the best treatment approach. Many weeks are spent monitoring aerobic and anerobic laboratory reactors. Typical measurements include COD , TSS, pH, conductivity and TS on both the reacotr feed and effluent. TKN and total P measurements are performed to determine nutrient levels.
